We believe that our solutions are very profitable for the midsize segment of PBX enterprise market, between 250 and 2500 extensions. On this side we show some examples how CMS can be profitable for different midsize systems.
Midsize with approximately 400-500 employees
An Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise customer, with 500 extensions. Examples show when Arptels' CMS solution for telecom billing where selected. Department and division managers get a telephony overview, which is necessary during planning, and budget work. CMS also gives a contiguous overview on each department and individual which is essential during a budget follow up. All traffic under control gave a Telephony cost reduced with approximately 10%. All together a total saving of 17.750 SEK per month. Payback time = 2 weeks Saving = from SEK 13.000 per month
Midsize with approximately 1000 extensions
A multinational firm with 1000 employees in a Swedish office has an annual turnover on SEK 1600 millions. They had measured a normal of 80.000 incoming calls every month. Only 89% of them where answered, 11% (8800) calls unanswered. They need a tool where they contiguously can follow company availability and measure company tele policy targets. They also wanted to prevent from telecom fraud and telephony intruders as some of the other companies in the group have been exposed to this. By selecting Arptels' CMS service for analysing and presenting (via E-mail) reports and results both directly to individuals and directly to department managers they improved their company availability with 1-2%. CMS is also at the same time used as a watch dog for external and internal telecom fraud. With an increased number of answered calls they can handle more customers when they call. A calculated value of 1500 SEK per call gave this customer a total saving of 120.000 SEK every month. External and internal telecom fraud can rise up to hundreds of thousands SEK every time they occur. In this example we have not defined any value on that.
