The Remote Protocol Monitor provides an efficient way of supporting direct connected customer connected with PRI or V5.2 (BRI, POTS).
By feeding the signalling stream from any switch's port to the Remote Protocol Monitor it is possible from one or more central points in the organisation view and store the protocol stream. Eliminating the need to have an engineer on site for viewing the signalling on a customer connection.
